I thought the same at first, but the Sunday start is included. The preview photos are all Monday start, but once you click the download link there are more options to choose from.
These are great but it looks like these are from 2025. February started on Sunday this year.
Is it possible to update the calendar to have Sunday be the start of the week instead of Monday?
